Join Pieku pie master Sara Suffriti for a fun night of pie making…and math!
Guests will have hands on experience in the art of dough making, rolling and fluting techniques, fillings, toppings and variations.
The class will be held at the KitchenCru Culinary Prepspace, a gorgeous commercial kitchen in NW Portland that is home to Pieku.
Guests will take home the pie they make!

Join Pieku pie master Sara Suffriti on the eve of Valentine’s Day for a fun night of pie making!
After a demonstration, guests will have a hands on opportunity to learn how to make a beautiful Cherry pie from start to finish. This includes making dough, rolling, fluting, fillings, toppings and variations (oh yes, there'll be chocolate too!)
The class will be held at the wonderful KitchenCru Culinary Prepspace in NW Portland.
Price includes a complimentary wine pairing and a pie, made by you! Take it home and share the love.

It was a great turn out at the First Thursday Artisan Market at KitchenCru. The Poppers went fast! Next month I'll make even more of those babies so no one walks away with an empty pie hole!
My first shipment of cherries is going so quick Im getting more! The lattice top cherry pie is an iconic sign that summer is here and, literally, the fruits of our labors are ready to be enjoyed. Ahh, sundresses at dusk and cherry pie, what's better?

Pies are $20 each. 8 slices per pie. They will be delivered pre cut. Delivery is free.
